Let me be clear here. When I was born the doctor took one look at me and told my mother “that kid is too lazy to even cry.”

True story.

And since that day I’ve been affected by the lazy gene. So when it comes to words like work and rewrite, etc it makes me shutter. So here is how I do a majority of the PLR reworking.

I outsource it.

Seriously – why am I going waste my time working on packages when I can get several people to do the work for me for pennies on the dollar. I’ve had a bunch of things done for me – transcripts, writing, video, editing, etc for less than $3 an hour.

So what I do it look at a PLR package and think about how I would like to look. A new cover, a new name, a few new and additional documents, tools, etc.

Then I head over to an outsourcing place (odesk, elance, etc) and get to work hiring people.

A new DVD type graphic cover with a new name – $15

Transcriptions of audio or video – $2.22 an hour

A quick start guide – $20-30 tops

Then what I would do is this. Get a written document and sell it for dirt cheap on a forum. Think about it – use the low perceived value against the buyer. They aren’t expecting much so you charge dirt cheap prices for it ($7 or less).

Then have an upsell or a one time offer that adds them the total package which is mostly the original PLR package or slightly rewritten.

So you have a rewritten PLR package as a front end and best of all it is totally done for you.

The other thing I do with PLR is take it big and make it small (also something I have been cursed with). Meaning that if you have a mega package of PLR on a topic why not take it and reduce the total size on content.

Most people I know want is a single solution to a single problem. So instead of some mega Twitter on Crack product – why not solve a single problem – like how to get more followers. You can charge less for the package and once they are interested in a single part of the solution – they’ll want more and more and more.

Also because of the lower price it makes it more of an impulse purchase and cheaper than a mega course.

There’s a great, quick way to re-write private label rights content in no time at all. I call it the paraphrase re-writing system. It’s extremely simple, but you’ll be able to create unique content out of private label rights content in virtually no time.

Here’s all you do…

Step 1.) Read a sentence from the private label rights content you wish to re-write.
Step 2.) Paraphrase the sentence as if you were teaching the content to someone else.

Since you’re using private label rights content, you don’t need to provide a source. It’s like it came from your own brain. YOU get all of the credit. Let me give you an example of how I might re-write a sentence from private label rights content. Here’s an example:

Original: “The advantage of online classes is that you can study in your own time and at your own pace.”

My version: “Online classes are superior because you can study at the rate that is most comfortable to you.”

It took approximately 10 seconds to re-write this sentence. By going through each sentence, one at a time, at a consistent pace, you’ll be able to re-write a PLR article to be virtually 100% original in a fraction of the time as it would take to write an entire article from scratch.

Keep in mind this is just one of the many private label rights re-writing methods that we know…and, in fact, it’s one of the slowest. But, most importantly, it works…and isn’t that what you’re looking for?

If you’re interested in getting advanced level training, check out John’s Private Label Rights Training Sessions.

Where do you find high quality private label rights content? How do you even get started? Are there any tricks or insider tactics?

Well, I’m going to give you some great advice about buying private label rights content that you won’t hear any other place. And, it’s really simple.

It’s kind of an old tactic. It’s like buying anything else. What you do is talk to your friends…

What you do is take advantage of the work that someone else has done. If someone else has already found a great source of PLR why not follow along? It’s the true power of word of mouth.

Whenever I need to buy PLR articles in a new niche, I just ask my brother if he’s got any recommendations. If he does, my next steps are easy. I just take action.

And it goes the other way. If he needs help finding private label rights articles and ebooks in some market, he’ll go ahead and ask me. It works great.

This basic “system” works because it’s built on trust. If you have trust and respect, then making smart choices about PLR is an easy thing.

By the way, if your looking for my highest recommendation the be sure to check out the Simple PLR Club. The great thing about this club is that it’s done by the Rhodes Brothers, but you also get sales letters along with products. It’s about as “turnkey” as you can get.

In any event, I encourage you to ask other smart people what they are doing. The approach works… It’s saved me hundreds of dollars. Even better, it’s made me thousands of dollars.

It’s really easy to create a high-value, low-cost membership site using high-quality private label rights contents. Follow these easy steps and you’ll be able to create a membership in virtually no time…under 1.5 hours once you get good at the process:

Step 1.) Find a high-traffic niche with a lot of interest. You can verify that a niche has interest by searching for a related niche forum in Google and seeing how active it is. If there are over 1,000 posts per day to the forum, then it’s active. The more posts, the better.

Step 2.) Look at other memberships in your niche market. What kind of products and services are they offering? Look for a gap in the market. e.g., are memberships $20 or more per month in your niche, typically? Create a low-priced, but high-quality $4.95 per month membership instead.

Step 3.) Write up a quick sales page. There are a million ways to do this, but you just need to study the swipe copy of the “big guys”…see what they do, and try to imitate (but never plagiarize)…just look at the “intent” behind the copy. Offer a free trial to really get members joining.

Step 4.) Using a e-mail autoresponder like AWeber, break your PLR content into 5 to 10 page chunks and give them away every week automatically via your autoresponder (click here if you do not have any PLR content, yet). When someone purchases and joins your membership, they are led to an opt-in form, sign up, and all membership content is automatically delivered via e-mail.

Step 5.) Drive easy, quick traffic using Google Adwords. Advertise that you’re offering a free 30-day trial. You’ll get targeted hits that are expecting to get limited-time access.

Using private label rights content as membership site content – especially if it’s delivered automatically – is really easy. It’s cash in the bank.

Ahh membership sites. They sound awesome don’t they. People paying you each and every month , year after year.

But what are you going to talk about during those years and keep people interested and paying you money?

Sure you may know some great stuff and be able to teach at the beginning but what about year 3?

That is why I love PLR. Look you can’t be everything to everyone. No matter how much you know, people want more and more. So using PLR can really help give your customers new information that they want and the money that you want. It’s a win-win really.

Now the next thing you’re thinking is what about Google or someone else noticing. That’s the great thing about membership sites and PLR – it is private. So they never see it. In fact here is a dirty little secret … 80% of the membership sites out there use PLR on a normal basis.

They have to because people’s ability to consume is much greater than your ability to produce.

So how do you do it? Well there are a lot of ways but I am just going to share one with you because it is what I would do.

I would take whatever the PLR package is and digest it all. Then I’d take that information and make a quick start guide that would be as original as possible and that would be my lead in product to sell people the membership site.

Inside the membership site would be a collection or PLR and original content. I’d set it all up for weekly emails through an autoresponder (I use aweber) so it could be as hands off as possible. Add more PLR – get more content – make some of it original if possible. Rinse and repeat.

You want to know how to “cheat” Google? It’s really easy. Like playing poker, never show them your hand! I’ll tell you what that means if you give me a minute or two.

This isn’t an evil or “black hat” use of private label rights. Look, it’s never a good idea to play with fire that way. You will get burned.

The secret I’m going to reveal is completely honest. It’s smart. And, it’s proven to work again and again.

I need to start here:

Most PLR content is just rehashed garbage. And, most people just take PLR articles, for example, and paste them on different web sites. No changes, no modification. It’s such a waste of time and energy.

I’m all for being lazy, but it pays huge bucks to make even the smallest changes to your PLR ebooks and PLR articles. Small changes, big results.

But making changes — well, that’s not my secret. Here’s what you need to know…

Google will never care what you’re doing if your content is private. If you’re got any security in place (e.g., username and password) then Google’s going to KEEP OUT. At least most of the time…

This might seem “lame” but think about it. You have the ability to post anything you want inside a membership and Google will not penalize you. EzineArticles won’t care. In fact, the only people who will care… are your membership members.

That’s cool. It means that even if your private label rights products are being used by a ton of people, if your customers have never seen that PLR, you are in great shape. No penalties. No issues. No worries. PLR to the rescue!

Just imagine taking a private label rights report, chopping it into parts, dumping it into an autoresponder and adding a payment system on top. And, maybe a dash of extra security. Voila! You have a membership site.

~ John

Rotten private label rights articles?

Toxic PLR ebooks?

Radioactive resell rights content?

You might have totally useless…or even stolen PLR. You might be sitting on a steaming pile of dung… private label rights turds. Some products are just completely terrible. They stink! They might be way over used, they might be ripped off and they might be total garbage.

I want to teach you how to avoid the Pit of Doom. The very first step is so simple but so powerful. So, I’ll give you that secret.

What you do is very simple. Take 7-8 words out of a paragraph (i.e., part of a sentence) and drop it into Google. Now, the extra special trick is easy. Just put quotes around that phrase and see what results you get. You will be surprised.

This sneaky tactic gives you a very clear idea about who is using that PLR, how they are using it and where they are using it. Just remember to do this about 4-5 times with longer private label rights content and especially ebooks and reports. You want a good sample. Don’t be fooled with just one Google search.

Simple. Effective.

Take care,

I always thought any old PLR was toxic but I am really surprised it isn’t in most cases because, lets be honest, 95% of the people out there aren’t doing crap with their PLR.

So what makes it toxic – well, idiots do.

Seriously, some lazy people buy PLR, throw up a page and then put it out to the world. Problem is they don’t change anything with it – in fact some people can’t even be bothered to put their name on it.

So as a result you try to do something with PLR and they have ruined it for you.

How do you prevent this? With a little research.

John and Matt taught me a cool trick to take part of a sales letter or the main package and do a Google search with it. It will show you if it is already out in the world and who is using it where.

Don’t freak if you find it out there. It happens.

All you have to do is decide if you want to put in the work to repurpose the PLR and once you decide to do that, then just get to work. It ain’t rocket surgery.

I think the way to become a guru with PLR is the same way you become a guru with anything else. Think about the tried and true advice about becoming an expert on anything in life. You collect a bunch of information, read through it, use it and over time with information and experience you become an expert.

And it doesn’t take years, only months (maybe even quicker). Want to know a shortcut? Actually put the stuff into action and report on your findings. Think about it – I’m a book worm who has read everything there is on twitter. You’re a guy or gal who has only had a few things on twitter but you actually put it into use. So you see what works, what doesn’t etc.

Now I put out a product and talk only about what is in the book, then you come along and blow me out of the water because you have what most of want in life – PROOF it works. There is nothing better in this world than PROOF something works and apples to apples you’ll kick my butt every time.

So now you have info, you have proof it works, now you just start telling people about your knowledge and experience. In forums, in writing (which you can use PLR to help with), anywhere and everywhere you can tell people you are an expert because you are.

How do you think anyone else becomes an expert? They learn, they do, they find out what works and tell others about it. PLR just helps cut down the learning curve. You could get 3 PLR packages and within a weekend learn more about any topic you want.

So now you have the knowledge, now you need to take action with it.

Turnkey private label rights?

Business in a box.

Give it to me on a silver platter.

Turn it on, make money.

That’s what people want. They want the complete solution. They want it all.

That’s what we learned from our recent survey. Here are the results:

PLR Quick Cash (free PDF download)

The reasons are pretty simple. Maybe this is you…

“I’m burned out and I need help.”

“I don’t have enough time in the day.”

“I don’t know where to even start.”

“I just want the results not the work.”

That last comment is the most honest. Most people want something for nothing. It’s natural. It’s human. We all want to do as little as possible to gain maximum results.

So, when you talk about turnkey private label rights… you aren’t asking for special content or even special packages. You aren’t even really looking for an unfair advantage.

Instead, you’re looking to get your life back. You’re looking to save time so that you can visit your daughter at college. You’re looking for my time with your grandparents. You’re looking for freedom from your job. You’re investing in a better life.

Be sure to download your own copy of the PLR Quick Cash report. It’s a free PDF. No opt in. No squeeze page.

Take care,

~ John

p.s. I have to laugh… “Turnkey PLR” makes me think… Turkey Player. Funny how the mind works, right?
